Currently, I'm a teacher who finds joy in getting to pet sit! Working with high school students is great, but I'm more excited to get to take care of your dog!! (Shh! Don't tell my students I said that...) Anyone who knows me, knows I'm the type to wave and say hi to every dog I pass on the street and every cat I see in a window! :-) I'm experienced with both cat and dog care, comfortable with various breeds, personalities, and ages. Throughout high school and college, I often volunteered to watch friends' and families' dogs/cats when they went away on vacation. Additionally, I've been pet sitting for neighbors ever since I started my teaching career a few years ago. I've always loved getting to step in and keep the pets cared for and entertained, while their owner was somewhere else. Overall, I can provide dependable and enthusiastic pet sitting, ensuring your beloved pets are happy and safe while you're away.

If I were to I visit your home to care for your pet or take them on walks, I would make sure to follow all instructions carefully, in order to keep a safe, comfortable environment and maintain your pet’s routine. I aim to stay attentive to your pet’s needs, keeping them secure during walks, offering attention and love to keep them happy, and communicating clearly with you throughout. Pets are our best friends, so I will treat your pet as such!

Taylor was extremely communicative, caring, and went above and beyond during her care of my cat! She sent me great updates and many pictures, and even cleaned up all the stray litter that got all over my floor during my time away from home. I will definitely use her again :)

Schedule
I am available to provide your pet with love and attention, whether that be check ins, maintenance/feeding, and/or walks and exercise. I have weekday and weekend availability. With my teaching schedule, I am available for early morning, as well as early afternoon - late evening during the week. My weekends are very flexible. I am happy to work with your specific schedule and unique needs! Also, I often have break periods or holiday days off from school, which gives me additional availability, especially during peak times when you may have travel plans. School year availability Monday-Friday: before 7:30am and after 2:30pm.
