When walking dogs I like to make sure their collar is on tight enough so they won’t wiggle out of it but loose enough that it’s not choking them. Normally I bring a bag with me in case they need to go to the bathroom as well as some treats since some dogs do need the extra motivation to continue walking. If I’m at someone’s home I normally just like to keep an eye on them at all times in case anything happens. I will normally be around them though to give them attention and of course to play with them!

I think it’s important to know if a dog isn’t good with other dogs as well as being uncomfortable around strangers. I don’t want to put a dog in an environment that they aren’t comfortable with. I also think it’s important if a senior dog can’t move around well and needs some extra help getting around. I want to make sure they are comfortable and having a good time!!
A typical day
I love to play with dogs which some prefer that while some like to play with other dogs. I don’t mind taking dogs to dog parks unless I’m told they aren’t good with other dogs or people. If that’s the case, I either take them on walks or figure out the best kind of play style for them. I have two dogs of my own, that need mental and physical stimulation so I’ve learned ways to do so like hiding toys/ treats and having the dogs find it or even doing basic training as well as simply taking a long walk. I also know that some dogs just prefer to be pet and cuddled which I love to do as well! I also occasionally will take my dogs on a car ride but I am aware that not all dogs are fond of that. I am willing to do whatever to make sure your dogs are happy and healthy!

I’ve been taking care of friends, family and neighbors dogs since I was 9. They trusted me to feed them and give them plenty attention as well as going on walks.

Taylor was phenomenal! She kept us updated on what was going on with all 5 of our dogs and 1 cat. She sent pictures and was very responsive to our messages. She even played videos of squirrels and birds for our dogs to enjoy. She left our home cleaner than when she arrived and even washed the dogs' sweaters, sheets, towels, and blankets that she used! I am very impressed and will definitely book her again for any future trips.
Taylor was awesome! She watched our 3 dogs in our home while we were out of town and she provided updates and sent pictures daily. We were truly worry-free having her pet sit for us - we knew our dogs were in good hands! She will definitely be our first choice for a pet sitter going forward!
Taylor is great. She took care of our two dogs. They looked happy in every single update. We got plenty of photos and updates which helped us ease our mind. We needed her to stay more time with them last minute and she did it!! Will contact her again for sure. Thanks Taylor!!
