Taylor was very helpful and communicated perfectly! Hoss was safe and enjoyed his walk with her. Would book again!

This was by far the WORST experience I’ve had with a Petsitter. She started the visit a little late (no biggie) sent a text exclaiming how cute my kitties are and then never communicated again. There was no “conclusion to that first visit (I had booked for 10 visits over 4 days) and no Rover Card. I asked about it twice, no response. I asked if she was going to do the nighttime visit, again no response. I called upon Rover Support, still no response. I pleaded for communication, no response. I called, no answer and no opportunity to leave a voicemail. After all of that, it’s late, I’m 6 hours away, care doesn’t seem to be being offered to my pets and she has full access to my home. It was horrifying. My husband was so distressed he left for home. I ended up calling 911 and a sheriff’s deputy checked on our home at 2:15 in the morning. He was able to provide enough reassurance that my husband returned to our trip. But I still had no care for my pets and it took until 8:30 the next morning to find someone to take the booking. We are drained and disturbed. It is difficult to even enjoy our trip. Taylor is not reliable, does not communicate, won’t even complete a Rover Card, ignores the client and leaves beloved pets without care. ZERO stars I’ve never been through such a harrowing experience feeling so helpless traveling far away wondering about the security of our home and the wellbeing of our pets.

Taylor took great care of our three dogs on a holiday weekend! She was responsive and the pups enjoyed having her around, we are very grateful to her for allowing us a dog-free weekend with our family, which otherwise would have been very chaotic 😂 Thank you Taylor!

End of the booking ended on a positive note, but a bit of a let down at the beginning of the drop-in visits. Taylor didn't stay for the entire 30-minute session for the first couple of days until I brought the issue up since my ring notifications didn't coordinate with a full stay. Also, Taylor brought a second person into my home without checking to see if that was okay. Overall, Mavie was happy when I returned, so she got the care she needed, just maybe not to what I was expecting for the entire trip especially when paying a higher holiday rate for non-holiday dates.

Wouldn't recommend this person. First bad experience we have had with Rover. The first day she was scheduled to come feed and change out the litter for our cats she was an hour late and I had to message her to find that out. Then she came on an unscheduled day and the alarm was set off!! So then we had to deal with the cops and our alarm company while we were on a really important family trip with our son. When I got home I can see that the litter was never changed. I know this because the new litter wasn’t touched and the garbage bags for the litter hadn’t been used at all.

Taylor did amazing with Arlo he was so happy, I would definitely rebook!!!
