Pet care experience

Love, space, & energy for your pup.

I might be new to Rover, but I am NOT new to pets. With years of experience caring for pets of all sizes and temperaments, I’m comfortable with everything from playful puppies to senior pets needing extra care. I’ve worked with anxious or aggressive pets and have experience administering medication and providing injury care after surgery. What sets me apart is my ability to connect with every pet on their level, whether they need a calm companion or an active playmate. Your pet’s comfort and happiness are my top priority!

Schedule

Pet care is a central part of my daily routine. I work from home, which gives me the flexibility to take breaks as needed to care for your pet. Whether it’s through daily walks, playtime, or simply spending quality time together, I’m here to ensure your pet feels safe and loved. If you prefer, I can even work from your house, provided there’s stable Wi-Fi, so I can be there with your pet throughout the day. I’ll make sure to follow your pet’s specific routine to keep them comfortable, whether it’s feeding, medication, or regular check-ins. You can count on me to be available when your pet needs me most!

Safety, trust & environment

When caring for pets in your home or mine, safety and trust are my top priorities. In your home, I make sure your pet feels comfortable and at ease by maintaining their usual routine and environment. I take extra care to ensure all doors, windows, and gates are secure, and I’ll follow any special instructions you provide to keep your pet safe. For walks and outdoor time, I only walk pets on a leash, ensuring a controlled environment and minimizing any risks. I avoid dog parks and crowded areas to provide a calm and safe experience. At your home, I’m careful about keeping the space clean and tidy, and I’ll take care of any feeding, medication, or other specific needs with great attention to detail. You’ll receive regular updates, so you can feel confident that your pet is in good hands.

Pets

A typical day

A typical day with your pet starts with a warm greeting and some playtime or cuddles to get them comfortable. For dogs, I love going for walks—whether it's a leisurely stroll or a more active walk for the energetic ones. I also enjoy engaging them in interactive play with toys or fun games to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. For cats, I’ll make sure they get plenty of attention, whether it’s a good petting session, some play with interactive toys, or simply lounging by their favorite window. I’m also happy to set up fun activities, like puzzle feeders, to keep them engaged while you’re away. If your pet enjoys training, I’m happy to do some light training exercises to reinforce good behavior and keep their minds sharp. I’ll make sure they get all the love and care they need throughout the day while following any routines or special care instructions you’ve set!

Before I care for your pet, it’s important for me to know their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any special needs or preferences they have. This includes information on any medication they may need, any dietary restrictions, and how they prefer to interact with new people or other animals. I’d also like to know if your pet has any fears, anxieties, or triggers (e.g., loud noises, certain smells) so I can be mindful of their comfort. If there are any behavior issues I should be aware of—like leash pulling, separation anxiety, or resource guarding—I can prepare accordingly to ensure the best experience for both of us. Any allergies or special care instructions are also helpful to know in advance. The more information you can provide, the better I can tailor my care to your pet’s specific needs!
