Between my partner and I, we are able to give all-day care for your pets. We have a car so we can drive to take any local trails. The neighborhood we live in is also very pet friendly, and not too crowded with pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

I live in a home with one small elderly dog who is pretty much indifferent to other dogs. I can keep my dog separate from a clients pet easily.

It's good to know a dog's diet, temperament, habits, and needs ahead of time. If a dog cannot take certain treats, I will make sure to abstain from that. If a dog doesn't get along with other dogs, I can be careful to avoid other dog-crowded areas. If a dog has some quirks I need to be aware of, I can take that information into account. If a dog likes to walk in certain areas or be rewarded a certain way for good behavior, I can account al this into my care for your dog.
A typical day
My own dog, Bunny, is quite old but healthy for her age. Because of that, I do everything I can to keep her in the best health both physically and mentally. This informs how I will work with other dogs I take out. I can practice some tricks with your dog or take them on short hikes or just walks through the neighborhood. Whichever is preferred.

I've been a pet owner my whole life and have always maintained a high standard for pet care. I understand the nuances between caring for an elderly dog, like my own Bunny, or different dietary and other medical needs like the many cats I've lived with throughout my life.

Taylor and his Fiancé did an amazing job. They were punctual, communicative and sent many photos of the pup. Our puppy seemed to be sad when Taylor and his Fiancé had to leave! Highly recommend.
Taylor was absolutely amazing housesitting my large, elderly dog. My Great Pyrenees is shy and kinda high maintenance and she has never had such a positive sitting experience. From the first meeting Taylor came with excellent questions that showed he is a pro. He was willing to do a trial walk to help my dog get comfortable with him. He accommodated her quirks such as getting her her favorite snacks and learning to play with her favorite toys. Taylor also put my own anxiety at ease with lots of photo/video updates complete with cute, funny narration. And he left my house super clean, which if you have a Pyr you know takes effort! I would book Taylor again in a heartbeat. He is truly special.
