I work from home Monday–Friday and have weekends free. When I’m dog sitting, I stay home as much as possible & plan my days around giving each pup plenty of attention and comfort. Pups get lots of potty breaks / outdoor time since I work from home.

Keeping dogs safe and comfortable in my home is a top priority. I have baby gates and playpens available to separate your dog from my own pup if needed, ensuring a calm and controlled environment. I also have an extra kennel. Our fenced backyard provides a secure space for outdoor time, and inside, the house is set up with ramps to prevent any jumping on or off furniture. We also keep outings to a minimum to ensure your dog’s safety, aside from daily walks around our calm neighborhood.

I only accept dogs who are potty trained and comfortable sleeping and staying in a kennel or playpen if I need to step out briefly. I want every dog to feel safe, happy, and at home, so please share your pup’s personality and needs ahead of time. My dog is playful and sometimes needs reminders to give other dogs space, so knowing your pup’s preferences helps me create the best environment. Please let me know about any habits, dislikes, allergies or parts of their daily routine I should follow. I’m happy to spoil your dog and make their stay comfortable and stress-free.
A typical day
I make sure every dog gets plenty of fun and enrichment each day, from puzzle feeders and snuffle mats to optional frozen KONGs filled with pumpkin and Greek yogurt. While I work in my home office during the week, pups usually nap nearby, play around the house, or sunbathe outback. Gunner is usually begging to play!

**Dogs must be potty trained & comfortable in a kennel. Only sitting dogs 20lbs and under** My husband Ryan & I have had the joy of dog-sitting for both close family and extended relatives, giving me experience with different personalities and needs. We also began our fostering journey in October of 2025. So far, we have fostered two dogs and plan to do that a few times a year (but we are away from Rover when we foster). Our spacious house, fenced backyard, and my work-from-home schedule make this the perfect place for dogs to feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. Our Mini Dachshund, Gunner, loves to play - so if your dog enjoys zooming around the yard and socializing, they’ll have the best time here.

I highly recommend Taylor as a dog sitter. She is gentle, patient, and attentive, and one of the only people i trust with my dogs. She has a gift for making even nervous shut down dogs feel safe and comfortable. I’ve seen her sit quietly on the floor for as long as it takes just to help a scared dog feel comfortable. Taylor treats every dog with the same love and patience she gives her own. If you need someone to watch your dog Taylor is absolutely the right choice.
