I have had the privilege of knowing Taylor for several years through our church, where she has demonstrated exceptional character, humility, and leadership far beyond her age. Taylor consistently reflects integrity, compassion, and a sincere desire to serve others. Each week she volunteers in our Children’s Ministry, joyfully leading a group of second and third graders. Her ability to create a welcoming and safe environment for young children is remarkable—she not only teaches them well, but she models patience, kindness, and authenticity. During Vacation Bible School, Taylor stepped into a key leadership role, guiding children through activities, lessons, and worship with enthusiasm and maturity. Beyond children’s ministry, Taylor has been an important part of our student ministry. She has participated in mission trips to support communities in Western North Carolina following devastating storms, where she worked hard, encouraged others, and approached every task with a servant’s heart. She has also taken part in multiple discipleship weekends, summer camps, and service opportunities, continuing to grow in her leadership, faith, and relationships with others. One of the qualities I appreciate most about Taylor is her character. She is honest, responsible, and trustworthy. She speaks truth with grace, shows respect to others, and brings joy into every environment she enters. Over the last year, I have seen tremendous growth in her confidence and her ability to positively influence those around her. She is a young leader who leads not by seeking attention, but by faithfully serving, caring, and uplifting others.
