Hi! I’m Taylor, your pets new (second) favorite person! i have been an animal lover my entire life and am currently pursing a degree in zoology to make a career out of it. in the mean time, i’d love to hang out with your fur baby when you can’t. I have lived with and trained dogs my entire life. I have experience working with groups of dogs at a doggy day care, worked at a wildlife rehab, and spent a summer working with big cats in Africa gaining valuable skill and expertise. Animals are my passion and I hope to make your animals as comfortable and happy as possible!

Safety, trust & environment
i understand that the safety is your top priority for your pet when leaving it with me. lucky for you, it is also mine! i have experience working with all types of animals: calm, shy, excitable, aggressive, you name it. when going to your home, i will make sure i rigorously follow the safety plan you already have for your pet (whether that be a muzzle, walking with treats, etc). additionally, i aim to keep pets calm, happy, and stress-free so we don’t find ourselves in an unsafe position.

Taylor has been absolutely amazing with Bodhi! From the very beginning, she has been so patient, kind, and genuinely caring with her. It’s obvious that Taylor takes the time to get to know Bodhi and allows her to become comfortable and build trust at her own pace, which means so much to me. I’ve really enjoyed watching Bodhi become more comfortable and excited about spending time with Taylor. You can tell they’re developing such a sweet bond, and knowing Bodhi is with someone who is attentive, dependable, and genuinely enjoys being with her gives me so much peace of mind. Taylor is also wonderful about communicating and keeping me updated. Most importantly, I never feel like Bodhi is simply another appointment on her schedule — Taylor genuinely cares about her and it shows. I feel incredibly lucky that we found her, and I would absolutely recommend Taylor to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, patient, and loving to care for a very special member of their family. ❤️🐾🐾

I am currently a full-time student at MSU but I am free to take care of your pet(s) after 11 a.m. on Monday and Friday and all weekend long!
