I have hands-on experience handling and caring for animals through volunteer work at an animal shelter, employment in multiple animal hospitals, and caring for my own pets. I’ve also done some basic dog training and enjoy reinforcing good behaviors with positive encouragement. Great first day with Gumbo!
Taylor provided a great home for snowball during a last minute request. Daily long walks, multiple pictures and videos throughout the day and extremely responsive. Communication was consistent and overall a great experience. I can’t recommend Taylor enough. Snowball came back home fully groomed and looking better than when I dropped him off.
Taco had a great time with Taylor and Grace. I wasn't sure it would work out because Taco isn't fond of kids, but everyone did so well! I will be rebooking with Taylor soon.

Schedule
Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule, and typically have open availability, allowing me to provide plenty of walks, playtime, feeding, and plenty of attention. I live down the street from a dog park too, so pets can socialize during their time with me as well. I love spending time outdoors and am very active so any pet in my care will be outdoors as much as possible, unless an owner would prefer I keep them indoors.

I provide a safe, loving, and comfortable environment where pets are treated like family. I’m very attentive, compassionate, and patient, making sure each pet receives the care and attention they need. I follow their regular routine for feeding, walks, playtime, and rest, while giving them plenty of affection and positive interaction. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident that their pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. I have a small “Dog Stuff” bin where I keep extras like bags, food, treats, toys, and more so no worries if an owner forgets to pack something.
A typical day
We’d wake up and eat breakfast, then start our day with a morning walk. Our daily activities would consist of a trip to the dog park or a local walking trail. My favorite dog parks are the Randolph dog park, a couple bark parks in South Boston, and the Capen-Reynolds dog park in Stoughton. I also love visiting Glen Echo in Stoughton, which has great walking trails, as well as Bradley Lessa Memorial Park. We may also take a trip to Blue Hills for a hike or just a walk around Houghton’s Pond. If the weather is really nice we could even do a beach trip and go for a swim (I know some great places dogs can swim at during summer). I’m great at planning and packing so we’d have everything we’d need to spend the day out and about. We’d return home have dinner, then make our last bathroom trip outside.
