As one of my own cats is an escape artist, I am very conscious of entering and exiting homes to prevent animals jailbreaking. I am also aware of the dangers small dogs face being left unattended outdoors, and am a strict leash user.

Pet care experience
*Milspouse with base access.* My childhood was filled with dogs, ranging from Mini Dachshunds to Shiba Inus, and I have grown to adore cats since living on my own as an adult. I have three cats of my own, and spent four years fostering small dogs, cats, and kittens for an animal rescue organization.

Taylor is the dog‑sitter everyone secretly hopes they’ll find. Okay, listen. Taylor watched our Bella (who is famously an anxious little queen) and somehow had her acting like she was on a spa retreat. Updates, photos, check‑ins… she had us more relaxed than Bella, which is saying something. Bella is usually on high alert, but with Taylor? Fully vibing. Cozy. Content. Living her best “I’m safe and adored” life. If you’re scrolling Rover wondering who you can actually trust with your fur baby, stop here. Taylor treats your pets like they’re her own, and you’ll feel it from the first message. 10/10 would recommend - mostly because she’s amazing, but also because I want her to stay booked and thriving.
PawPrints of Portales Animal Rescue Clovis, NM pawprintsportalesrescue@gmail.com 575-219-1512 April 9, 2026 To Whom It May Concern, I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of PawPrints of Portales in support of Taylor Francis, who is pursuing opportunities as a pet sitter. Taylor volunteered with our rescue as a dedicated foster and made a remarkable impact through extensive handson work with animals of all ages and needs. Taylor has demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill in caring for animals ranging from newborn litters to senior pets, including those requiring specialized medical or behavioral support. Their calm, intuitive, and patient approach consistently resulted in positive outcomes, even in challenging situations. One of Taylor’s greatest strengths was serving as our feral cat specialist. Taylor worked closely with fearful, unsocialized, and behaviorally complex cats—many of whom would have had limited chances at adoption without proper socialization. Through consistent care, gentle handling, and deep understanding of cat behavior, Taylor successfully transformed numerous difficulttoplace cats into adoptable companions. Taylor is reliable, compassionate, and exceptionally attentive to the needs of each animal they work with. Their dedication makes them an outstanding candidate for any petsitting or animalcare position. If you require additional information, please feel free to contact us at pawprintsportalesrescue@gmail.com. Sincerely, PawPrints of Portales Rescue Team
I can't say enough good things about Taylor and her love for animals. She is the reason I became a cat owner. I am the proud parent of one of her fosters, Sam. He was a runt rescued from a hoarding situation and with Taylor's guidance through his health issues and her suggestions for nutrition and enrichment - he is now a thriving healthy cat.
Taylor is an awesome pet caregiver! She watched my cat, Beef Stroganoff, for about six months while I was away on deployment, and there was never a moment where I was worried about my fur baby. She was extremely attentive and always kept us informed about any issues. I knew Beef was getting so much love while I was away, and I absolutely would not have had it any other way. I highly recommend Taylor!!
