Walks, snuggles, and smiles
I have been dog sitting for my neighbors and friends for the past 5 years and have been volunteering at animal shelters, gaining experience with dogs of all sizes, personalities, and needs. My husband and I decided to start offering my services after our golden retriever passed away a couple of months ago. This reminded me how much joy and comfort dogs bring to our lives, and how important it is to make sure they feel that same love and care in return, and I would love to be able to provide that for your dog too!

Taylor was amazing!!!!!! She sent me photos and updates of my pup every day and even offered to meet up with us before my trip to make sure Masie felt comfortable and familiar with the place before staying there. Whenever I’m out of town, I always want to make sure my dog is not only being walked and fed and stuff, but is also feeling comfortable and cared for, so it really meant a lot to me that Taylor went out of her way to make sure I knew that she was! Really awesome!!
Taylor and her husband were great, they sent a bunch of fun photo updates. Our dogs had a blast and we’re sad to leave!
Taylor took great care of my dog CJ and was able to drop him at my home after too!
I have used Rover a lot over the years and I am not exaggerating when I say that Taylor is the best Rover we have ever used! She took incredible care of our two dogs while we were out of town. She sent so many thoughtful updates with pictures and took them on long walks. I could tell they were happy and relaxed by how much they loved snuggling with her on the couch! Taylor is a true dog lover and so kind, I can’t recommend her more!
Taylor was fantastic and I 100% would recommend her to anyone! My little guy is 16 years old and requires some extra attention including medication delivery and Taylor did an excellent job making sure that he was taken care of and felt at home. He even was a bit anxious and had some troubles adjusting but she was the absolute sweetest about it. I believe if you book with Taylor she’ll treat your dog as if it’s her own!
This is the first pet sitter we have hired and oh my gosh Taylor and her husband are amazing!!! They took such great care of our high energy German shepherd. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Schedule
I am currently a Physician Assistant student at MUSC and my husband works in sales in North CHS. During the week, we am usually gone from 7am-2pm, but our weekends are filled with nature walks and studying, so tons of time to spend with your pup!

Safety, trust & environment
We live in an apartment, but it’s on the first floor with quick and easy access to grass. The complex also has a dog park where your dog can safely run free in a fenced in park. We are willing to accommodate any preferences you have about furniture, crating, food, etc.
A typical day
We love having a nature buddy and going on walks and exploring nearby parks. A personal favorite is the Greenway which provides lots of places to sniff and miles to walk.
