I wish I could give zero starts. I cannot recommend Taylor after what occurred during our booking. This experience resulted in a complete loss of trust and caused us to cut our vacation short and return home. Before leaving, we explicitly told Taylor both verbally and in writing that no guests were permitted in our home. This was not a suggestion or something that could have been misunderstood—it was a clear condition of allowing her access to our private residence. Despite this, Taylor brought an unauthorized male into our home without our knowledge or permission while we were away. We had entrusted her with access to our home for one purpose: to care for our dog. We never consented to our home being used to entertain other people. When you hire a house sitter through Rover, you are placing an enormous amount of trust in that person. They have access to your belongings, your private space and, most importantly, a beloved member of your family. Finding out that our explicit boundaries had been disregarded left us feeling deeply violated and extremely concerned about what was occurring in our home while we were hundreds of kilometres away. The situation became serious enough that we terminated the arrangement and cut our vacation short to return home. That resulted in significant stress, disruption and additional expenses for us. What makes this particularly upsetting is that this situation was completely avoidable. All Taylor had to do was respect the very clear rules we established before entrusting her with our dog and our home. We hired a professional pet sitter expecting professionalism, honesty, respect for our property and compliance with our instructions. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those basic expectations. Based on what occurred, I would never entrust Taylor with my dog or access to my home again, and I cannot recommend her to other pet owners.

Taylor, was wonderful with Max. She was on time, she played well with him as a puppy and made it interactive and the photos were amazing. I will definitely be using Taylor again in the future.

Taylor was on time and gave our rescue Piper the space she needed to warm up to her. Thank you Taylor!

Taylor always does an amazing job watching/walking and caring for our pups. We are so happy we found her! And so are our pups!

Our pups love Taylor! She is so great with these two, despite their challenges (rescue pups with some social issues who don’t realize how big they are!) We are so happy we found someone we trust and who clearly loves what she does. Thank you, Taylor!

Lulu has been walking with Taylor for a few months. Taylor is the best and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lulu. Highly recommend Taylor for all size dogs as well as temperament. Lulu is a crazy 1 year old puppy.
