Taylor continues to impress with her attention to detail, addressing and taking care of small issues that aren’t specifically defined as her responsibility, but it’s something that should be done. She just does it. She also does a great job taking care of issues unique to my cat due to his past medical issues. It’s great knowing I can rely on her.
Taylor went above and beyond! Thorough visit updates and photos. Definitely not a “let your dog in and out” service. White glove all the way! I highly recommend her … when I don’t have her booked! 😊
Taylor is very attentive with my fur babies. They enjoyed playrime and cuddles and are looking forward to the next one! Taylor cleaned up their daytime playpen area too!

Second time Taylor has taken care of Mouse while I’m gone. I’m very happy with Taylor’s attention to detail and the extra care that she puts in taking care of him. From giving meds to cleaning up an accident he had. Very happy with the care she provides.
In short, Taylor is excellent. My cat “Mouse” has some minor medical issues. He requires meds to be given with food, and has some related issues that need specific responses. I gave the basics of his needs in my profile, and then gave more details verbally to Taylor before she took care of him for a few days. During our conversation before care started, she was taking notes, then went over them with me to ensure her notes were accurate. During her time taking care of Mouse, she provided very detailed notes and pictures from her visits. It was clear that she followed my instructions explicitly. She mentioned some things that happened during her visits due to his medical issues, and noted how she responded. It was very comforting to know that she responded correctly, per my instructions, and kept me up to date on how he was doing. It’s clear that she cares about the animals that she takes care of, and knows how to earn their trust. She didn’t push or force herself on Mouse, she gently let him check her out and accept her presence before proceeding to interact more with him. When she interacted with him, she was very perceptive in learning what he likes and doesn’t like. Mouse clearly enjoyed his time with her. Finally, it’s a little scary letting someone you don’t know in to your life and house to take care of your pet. My daughter couldn’t visit as often as needed, and really wanted me to find other friends who could visit Mouse. That’s easier said than done, especially because I travel a lot. After seeing the visit notes and pictures that Taylor provided, Taylor won my daughter over. She could clearly see how well Taylor was taking care of Mouse, and said Taylor took better care of Mouse than she did. I can’t give higher praise than that. I’m looking forward to future trips with Taylor taking care of Mouse.

Programa
Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I work part-time remotely, which gives me the flexibility to reliably visit clients' homes and provide consistent care. I prioritize the well-being of my own dog every day and am comfortable managing a structured routine that includes walks, meals, playtime, and any special care needs. Incorporating other pets into that rhythm is something I genuinely enjoy, and I make sure each animal receives attentive, timely, and thoughtful care.
