Pet care is a regular part of my routine, even with my full-time job from 7 to 4. In the mornings before work, I make sure to feed my pet, refresh their water, and take them out for a walk or bathroom break. After work, I spend quality time with them—whether it’s a longer walk, playtime, or just relaxing together. I’ve built pet care into my daily habits so their needs are always met reliably.

I have a fully fenced yard and a medium-sized dog door that allows pets to go outside for bathroom breaks or fresh air as needed, which helps them stay comfortable and active throughout the day. I follow a consistent routine that includes feeding, exercise, playtime, and affection. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their routine and instructions closely. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, get enough exercise, and feel safe in their environment. I pay attention to details like cleaning up after them, refreshing water, and keeping their living space tidy and secure. When I watch pets, I like to make sure they’re happy, engaged, and comfortable while their family is away. Depending on their personality and routine, I’ll: Go on walks for exercise and fresh air. Play with their favorite toys to keep them active and stimulated. Spend time on cuddles, belly rubs, or brushing if they enjoy it. Provide enrichment activities, like puzzle feeders or games of fetch. Keep their routine as close to normal as possible, so they feel secure. My goal is always to make them feel loved and cared for, while giving you peace of mind that they’re in good hands.
