Your dog won't be PUPSET with me!
Hi there! My name is Taylor and I am a female originally from London, ON. I had 3 male Weimaraners, Wellington (age 12), Dufferin (age 9) and Ryder (age 10) (sadly have all passed in recent years) and I previously had a male Dalmatian (age 14). I currently work as a biologist in Victoria, BC having finished my masters in environment from Western University. I’m also a beekeeper on the side. In our family the weims do not consider themselves dogs but another member of the family that demands their share of attention, snacks and cuddles. Our dogs love having ice in their water, getting their pillows fluffed and the blankets on the bed lifted up so they can crawl under to be cozy. I’m based near downtown, can do housesitting from Esquimalt up the Peninsula since I work near the airport. **With commuting to work up the peninsula can’t go Langford or further westshore.** I have experience with both small dog breeds (Yorkie, AKK), medium (Labs, Tollers) and large (Weims, Great Danes, Rhodesian Ridgebacks). I am fully experienced with medications for pets and have no problem with administering medications. I will literally open my whole availability for a Weimaraner or Dalmatian!! Taylor was great! She watched Teddy for a day and sent us frequent updates.
Taylor is so so kind & took Loki on lots of outings during his stay :) I received pictures and updates which was lovely and Loki seemed very happy. Im super appreciate that she was flexible when I was a bit later than expected too! Thank you so much Taylor!

I have an active lifestyle and would love to spend some time with your pet! If your pet enjoys an active stay or wants a relaxing vacation of their own I’m happy to do either

I have a yard but will not leave your pet unsupervised. I have looked after numerous dogs and know that their safety is your number one concern!

A typical day
I can take the dog(s) for walks in either your neighbourhood or around mine on the Galloping Goose trail. Belly scratches or back itches are my specialty.
