I have owned, rescued, fostered, and trained animals my entire life. Friends and family have all relied on me over the years for pet sitting, advice, and extra care for their pets (even when they are teasing me for being animal obsessed). I am known as the one that typically owns a zoo and is the resident animal whisperer! I am comfortable with pets of all sizes, breed, and age. I even have experience caring for farm/ranch animals such as donkeys, mini horses, alpacas, llamas, pigs, goats, sheep, and bunnies. Because I have always adopted/rescued my own pets, I have plenty of experience with fearful, reactive, or special needs pets. Let me know what quirks and needs your pet has, and I will be sure to accommodate!

I have trained puppies, taken care of seniors, worked with behavior challenges, socialized dogs, and generally cared for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Because all of my personal pets have been rescued, they have come with a variety of health and behavioral issues. I am familiar and comfortable working with most common issues and use plenty of patience and positive-reinforcement training. My own pets get lots of mental and physical stimulation, which I would offer to yours as well! I can even make suggestions and get creative about ways to meet your dog's needs based on what I see and experience with them. This may include certain toys, increase in mental stimulation (not just physical!) through training or puzzles, and snuggles if they just need company.

Taylor has a deep love and passion for all animals, and it shows with every interaction. She is incredibly attentive — always tuned in to each pet’s unique needs and personality, making sure they feel happy, safe, and comfortable in her care. Taylor keeps me constantly updated with photos and messages, which gives me so much peace of mind. She is also truly trustworthy; I never worry for a second when my dog is with her. My dog absolutely loves staying with her. He gets all the exercise and playtime he needs (and then some!), and as a curious retriever, she keeps a close eye on what he might try to sneak or chew around the house. Taylor cares for animals as if they are her own, and that kind of dedication is rare. She is simply the best, and I could not recommend her highly enough!

Schedule
I am available for drop-ins or walks (30 mins. each) at any point during the day as long as you can give me a window of time that your pet could be taken care of. For example, if your dog needs to go out in the afternoon, "they just need to go out sometime between 1-3pm".
