Pet care experience

Close to airport ☺️✈️

I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 3 when my dad bought my best friend peanut. He's a jack Russell😊. As peanut has gracefully gotten up in age he required some medicine with his food twice a day. He has officially made his grand entrance into heaven three weeks before I moved up here to the Atl area. With me just moving up here I have plenty of time, space& love for your fur babies such as walks, potty breaks, baths, and play time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m not even this person because I believe in talking directly to someone to get a better understanding of why they did what they did. I contacted Taylor on January 1 and gave her two days to respond to my concerns. I was definitely shocked that she didn’t respond and had to take it to Rover to try to get a resolution. My previous sitter no longer was in the business and I was forced to find another sitter. I used a young lady named Sydney a week before Taylor and had no problems. Unfortunately, Sydney was not available for the time I was leaving. I was very clear when I saw both young ladies and Sydney was able to follow ALL the instructions. This is my experience with Taylor: “When I arrived back, I noticed an oil stain in my driveway. I had shared ahead of time that if your vehicle had any leaks, it should be parked on the mats provided to prevent damage. Unfortunately, it looks like that didn’t happen, and I’ll now need to look into getting the area cleaned. I also want to clarify something from our initial meeting. I never indicated that Kush sleeps in his crate at night. If that had been the case, I would have arranged for drop-in visits rather than overnight care. It might be helpful in the future to take notes about each new client’s care preferences and routines to ensure everything is followed as discussed. Lastly, I noticed that my personal blankets were used during the stay. During our conversation, I had mentioned that you would need to bring your own bedding and towels, so I was a bit surprised to see mine used.” I understand that everybody has a different experience, but this was mine, select her at your own risk.

Absolutely a 10-star experience from start to finish! I was gone for a week on a cruise, and she made the entire time stress-free. She went above and beyond in every single way. She did everything I asked and even surprised us with a complimentary bath for our dog at the end — he came home smelling fresh and happy! Her home was spotless and perfectly prepared, truly a safe and cozy place for our baby to sleep, wake up, play, and relax. She took him on multiple walks every day, keeping him active, loved, and well cared for. Communication was perfect — she sent us pictures and videos throughout the day and checked in at least twice, sometimes three times. It gave us total peace of mind the entire week. Everything was perfect. Highly, highly recommended!

Taylor was great with our Nala girl. Nala was well taken care of. Taylor sent us photos all throughout the weekend and was quick to respond to any messages we sent to her. We will definitely use Taylor again!
