Dogs need to play!
I have had dogs since I was a baby. They have always and will always be in my life. I could write a book about my experience but I have to keep this short. My dog of 10 years just passed.. this has been the worst adjustment ever, and the one thing I find that helps me feel better is being with dogs. I foster with agave dogs rescue, I'm very passionate about treating dogs and cats as our kids not animals. They have souls and personality's and preferences and deserve our time. All I do on my free time is hangout with my animals so I figured, I should really sign up for rover to hangout with more animals because I know how it feels having to leave your pet at home and hoping they aren't bored or lonely! I will be their friend! I have done training groups/ classes and have learned a lot in how to read a dog and to solve problems with them. Whether it's behavioral or emotional. Working with shelter dogs I understand how to help all types of dogs and I'm a very patient person. You tell me when you need and I'll be honest if I can accommodate that.

Schedule
I work 25-30 hours a week. Friday - Monday. I leave my house around 8:40 am and I'm home by 4:30pm. I'm hoping to help out around town so I can do morning walks or evening walks and Tuesday -Thursday I'm off and home all day. I'm a type A person and love routine and schedule.

My pets are my children. I do everything I my power to give them the mental and physical stimulation they need daily. The same applies for any animal I come across! I love structure and routine, I love to watch an animals be animals and enjoy playtime, learning, and mental stimulation.
A typical day
I walk my foster dogs about 4 times a day. I think it's important to get at least 2 good 20 min walks for every dog. I take my foster pups to the park once a day for a full explore exercise run, and do some scent work ( finding treats in the grass) with about 5-6 mins of training. I try not to over train or stress them out. It's a confident boost while hitting a mental and stimulate goal daily.

- Important for me to know if your dog has any triggers. Skateboards, other dogs, cats, kids, bikes, loud noises, and or pull on a leash or bolts when given a chance. This will help me learn the best route and how I can navigate them the best. Not worried if any of these things happen just good for me to know
