I’m your dog’s new best friend!
I am a busy farmer during spring and summer, however take winters off to rest and play… basically do the things your dog likes to do! I have a background in animal husbandry and a particular fondness for dogs of working breeds. However, I grew up with two Chihuahuas that I loved to pieces. Our farm has a one acre orchard that is fenced in, it’s a perfect place for your dog to get some safe off leash time. We also love taking walks down the country road. Our home is set up to be very pet friendly, lots of toys, bones and cozy spots for your pup to curl up! My partner and I have a little dog ourselves. His name is Obie, he’s a little rat terrier that loves making new dog friends. He’s really good at matching other dog’s energy. If they want to play so does he, if they want to lay around on the couch he’ll lay next to them. November - April is my offseason as a farmer. I do have some daily work responsibilities, but they are minimal, flexible and almost always taken care of from home. Your dog will spend 90% of their time with us closely supervised.

Excellent dog sitter! Took very good care of Harvey
This was the first time boarding my pup with a Rover sitter. Due to a surgery I had, I needed to board my pup for a month. I was completely impressed with Taya, her communications, and pictures/videos she sent to me, knowing how much I missed my girl. My dog came home exhausted and happy, and I would highly recommend Taya to anyone looking for a sitter for their furry friend, she's the best!
Taya took excellent care of my boy Watson during his 4-night stay! She sent me updates that put my mind at ease and was generally really good at communicating. She clearly knows what she’s doing! I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with Watson again.
Taya and Seamus did a wonderful job looking after my dog. It was the first time someone we didn’t know watched her and I was nervous at first but after meeting them it’s very clear that they really know what they’re doing. I couldn’t be happier with their service!!

Taya is our boys absolute favorite Rover sitter!! As a pet parent it is unbelievably comforting that our boys run to Taya and Seamus and willing go with them when we are going on vacation. They have outdoor playtime, indoor family time just like they would have at home.

Schedule
I'm completely flexible! Your dog’s schedule can be my schedule. My flexibility also applies to drop offs and pick ups! Whatever works for you will very likely work for me!

Keeping your dog safe and sound is my top priority! I am very cautious to make sure they are secure. I supervise them during all outdoor activities. I’m also take care in following owner’s instructions, after all you know best how to care for your pet!
Pets
A typical day
We will walk, sniff stuff, follow each other around the house, snuggle! Maybe even take a long walk. Your dog is free to play both inside and outside. We have a huge basket of toys and bones and love throwing balls around in the back yard. Ya know the usual dog stuff!
