Hi! I’m Taya (: I live in Cowiche, WA (about 15-20min from Yakima). I’m a 22 year old college student who is a certified animal lover 😊. I’ve grown up surrounded by all animals - dogs, cats, fish, horses, cows etc. I’ve done pet sitting/walking off and on for about 6 years now. My family and I have a few fur babies of our own - 2 Dachshunds, 1 Rottweiler, 1 Belgian Malinois, and 2 cats (: My schedule is pretty flexible, as I take college classes online and I’m a certified HCA/CNA and my schedule for that is not full at the moment. I’d love to be your next pet sitter!

At my home your pets will be allowed on the couch, bed, chair, pretty much whenever 😅 (if that’s okay with you!) Unfortunately I do not have a fenced yard. However, where I live I’m far from the main road and surrounded by orchards, and my yard is really big and open. I will always be outside with your pets to make sure they remain safe and bring them back inside when done! I can easily crate your pets if wanted/needed. If we are just doing walks or in-home visits, I will follow your instructions on what to do with your fur baby!

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with her! From the very first visit, she made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and at ease trusting her with my babies. I have two cats, and they are truly my children and she treated them exactly that way. She went above and beyond in every possible way: checking in on them carefully, making sure all their needs were met, spending quality time with them, and keeping me updated so I never had a moment of worry. Taya, sat for my 4 dogs for 12 days. This was the longest we had be away ever, so I was worried about their behaviors. Taya kept me updated daily with pictures and videos. She managed accidents in the house and cleaned them up, a naughty dog that ate her bedding and escaped her crate (not Taya's fault). When we got home everything was in great order. We look forward to working with Taya again.

Taya was prompt for our 4:30 appointment and charmed both our cat Bud and our stubborn dog May. We're looking forward to having her come for a longer stay very soon.
Taya gave us short notice (30 mins or less) twice she wasn't going to make it for the afternoon appointment. We really depended on her to let our dogs out during the afternoon, but the short notice put us in a bind and we had to call around since we work out of town. We had been using her services for the past several months and everything was going great until recently.

I’m available throughout the week and weekends for pet sitting, walking, and in-home visits. I also offer overnight stays in your home! We can definitely always work something out!
