I’ve been caring for dogs through Rover for over four years and truly love what I do. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and at home while giving their owners peace of mind. I focus on communication, consistency, and care — every dog that stays with me is treated like family. Over the years, I’ve built lasting relationships with 60+ repeat clients and earned more than 160 reviews because I take pride in being reliable, transparent, and patient with every pup that comes through my door. I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can speak and I’m also a future veterinarian in the making (still in the making but paused to focus on my boarding career). For over 20+ years I’ve been in love and involved with animals via my own pet experience (cats, dogs, rodents, reptiles, fish, etc) or professional experiences (shelter volunteering, pet store employee, kennel employee, veterinarian shadowing, prior sitting/walker employee etc) and I will always do whatever I can do be involved in the comfort of a furry friend. I am in the position where I can provide a safe, loving and caring home that owners can rely on when they have to leave their fur babies/pets behind. They’ll be full of joy and love by the time you leave and come back! I do have both personal and professional experience in keeping animals entertained. I prefer to have the pets enjoy their time here like a vacation - carefree, fun, relaxed, but ultimately will work with the owners preferences when it comes to caretaking.

Super communicative and responsive.
I can see why Taya and Richard are very highly rated. Their pre-stay and during-the-stay communication was very good. They responded within an hour to all messages. During the stay, they sent a lot of photographs and videos of my dog which helped my family members cope with being separated from my dog.
Indy looked like he had a great time, as always! Lots of walks, friends & cuddles ☺️
Taya is a wonderful sitter and always loves my fur baby Piper, as though she was her own dog.

Schedule
I work a steady full time schedule that is as followed…free/off time Sunday-Wednesday and I work 12 hours overnight Thursday-Saturday. The days I work - I still will be able to provide for the animals I board since my s/o works from home.

Safety, trust & environment
I currently live in an apartment with very spacious walking grounds for dogs and a nice big field right behind my building. The apartment is in an development so there’s a lot of area to explore. At this time I do not currently have any other pet besides a loving and sassy chinchilla which is on only animal that is caged! I do not crate the dogs/cats unless that is the owners preference, they usually will sleep on the bed/couch with me or wherever they are comfortable.
A typical day
I do enjoy a good cuddle with a fur friend. I’ll also be able to physically stimulate more active pups with long walks around the neighborhood, with a lot of smells to explore and people to examine! I sometimes take the pups to the store with me and on car rides around the area and to the dog park a town over.
