I've had Cats all my life, and Dogs as long as I can remember! I worked my way up from Attendant to Supervisor at a local Veterinary Hospital I was at for 6 1/2 years. I had 15 Attendants working underneath me that I hired, scheduled and trained. I was in charge of Small and Large Breed boarding departments, Doggie Daycare, and cats as well. My duties consisted of Monitoring, Feeding, Medicating and exercising Boarding and Daycare Animals from Friendly to Aggressive and Puppies to Seniors.

I have a friendly 6 year old mix spayed female at home that I trained myself. She loves playing ball and going for our daily walks. I have the desire and the time to take care of your four legged besties! I love to exercise and get outside so I have the energy to keep up with your pet and tire them out. =)

It’s unfortunate. I WFH and had a meeting planned around Storms walk. She didn’t show up for the appointment. She didn’t call or text to say she couldn’t make it or that she would be late. I reached out to her. No response until Rover reached out to her.

Tawny has been to help my two dogs and cat a few times now and she always goes above and beyond. She pays exception attention to detail and always gives us a full report so we feel like we are not missing anything with our fur babies.

Schedule
It’s a blessing to be able to give each pet (or household of pets) their own deserved care and undivided attention rather than having to split my time and energy between pets at a large facility. I consider myself lucky to be able to work for myself and make my own schedule. This allows me to care for pets and still spend time with my family.

- It’s important to share with me ahead of time if your furry friend has any special instructions or quirks. Things like not wanting their head or paws touched, having a disdain for people and/or other animals, obsessive behaviors, etc. This helps to ensure the safety of all. Any tricks you use for motivation during those defiant times - like using key command words, treats or a special toy. Known medical issues or medications (especially how you manage to administer when they refuse), as well as any environmental, food or drug allergies so I can accommodate. Lastly, any history of growls, guarding, scratching or nipping is useful to know. I don’t shy away from aggressive animals and I love earning their trust and adoration. 🐾
