🐾 Client Agreement *Please read before booking* Location: Stockbridge, GA My home is conveniently located with easy access to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International airport making drop off and pick up seamless. 1. Services Provided: Smooth, stress free luxury boarding experience for traveling families. PICKUP & DROP OFF TIME MUST BE DISCUSSED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Late pick up +$5 per 30 mins. Overnight Boarding: Limited spots Include 24-hour personalized care, feeding, play, potty breaks, and bedtime routines. 2. Requirements All dogs must: Be up-to-date on vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella) Be on flea/tick prevention Be house-trained (or crate-trained for overnights) Be non-aggressive and get along with other dogs and children Complete a meet-and-greet before first stay 3. Client Responsibilities Provide all necessary supplies: food, leash, bedding, medications, etc. Clearly communicate feeding instructions, allergies, and behavioral notes. Emergency contact and vet info must be provided. 4. Fees & Payments Bookings and payments are processed exclusively through Rover. Cancellations follow Rover’s standard policy unless otherwise agreed. 5. Liability & Emergencies In the event of illness or injury, I will contact you and/or your vet immediately. If emergency care is required, I will act in the pet’s best interest and transport them to the nearest veterinary clinic. Owner is responsible for all vet bills resulting from illness, injury, or aggression unless caused by negligence on my part. 6. Photos & Updates You will receive daily updates with photos through Rover for peace of mind. By booking you are agreeing for your pet to be featured on my business instagram or Facebook page: PeachPuppyVillage 7. Agreement Acknowledgment By booking my services through Rover, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the terms in this Client Agreement. About me (: I have been dog-sitting since the age of 14. My passion for animals has lead me to be a regular volunteer at the Michigan Humane Society before moving to GA, I’ve helped dog moms birth their pups and I’ve even fostered 18 cats and kittens (not all at once lol ) who have now found loving homes. I currently have 4 pets, 1 young Bernedoodle, 1 senior shitzu mix and 2 calico cats. All of my animals are friendly with other animals and range in age so I am very comfortable administering medication, going on regular walks, potty training and even just providing a calm and quiet place for the senior babies to relax. I have plenty of outdoor space in the backyard (fenced in on 3 sides) for play and have a 6 year old who is eager for some additional responsibility. She will be helping with feeding and cleanup (supervised always). I am excited to meet you and your fur babies to see if we are a good fit! Please do not hesitate to ask any questions (:

Apollo had a great time and was so well taken care of. I got a ton of pictures of him playing and relaxing and he was so happy when I came to pick him up.
She took great care of my baby! She sent pictures and had quick communication. She gave Pluto the extra attention she needed and plenty of outside time. I was able to enjoy my time away without any worries.
Tavia is the best! Great with your fur babies, very knowledge, know how to make your pets feel at home. Great communication and plenty of pictures and status updates. I wish I’d found her sooner.
Tavia is very kind, sent lots of pictures, and made sure she did everything possible to make my dog’s stay as pleasant as possible. I will certainly rebook when the need arises.

I am currently working remote full time and very flexible. I am able to ensure that your requested schedule for your pet is maintained- any scheduling conflicts will be brought up immediately. I also share lots of pictures and notes throughout the day.

I am very aware and involved in my pets day to day routine. I stick to a pretty consistent schedule with my own pets and have no problem sticking to a feeding/water/bathroom/medicine schedule for your pets. I value cleanliness in my home so i do not have much for pets to get into or chew besides regular dog toys. I keep all doors throughout my home closed so that pets cannot enter into those rooms unattended. Outside I have cameras on the front and back of my house and although your pet will not be unattended, this is for additional peace of mind.

I think it is important to keep in mind a dogs age,lifestyle and energy level when deciding what activities to do and where to go. I love regular walks, but I also don't mind just a playing in the backyard or just potty breaks. I am very passionate about dogs in general and I want every dog to feel loved and given the attention that they deserve! I have extra toys, leashes, treats and poop bags but you are welcome to bring anything that will make your dog feel more at home.
