I’ve taken care of pets since I was in kindergarten. My parents would often have me help them dog sit for our elderly neighbors when they went out of town or had medical procedures out of state. I didn’t have pets of my own until 15 years ago in 2009. My first pet was a stray cat and was already 2 years old when I took him in. I took in kitten from a friend a few months later, and then my brother’s 5 year old cat in 2012. I took care of my beloved fur babies up until their last breaths, with the last of them passing away in June of 2024. Having pets of my own changed my outlook on animals and instilled a passion in me to treat all pets I come across with kindness. I look forward to the opportunity to show your fur babies the patience, attention and kindness that I’ve shown my own, and that they deserve.
