Caring for cats and dogs has always been a passion of mine and I tend to be the go to pet-sitter for my friends' pets. A few years ago, I helped care for a litter of 12 puppies and their mother in their first 3 weeks of life. This was a very meaningful experience that excited me for future endeavors with pet care. Since then, I have one year of experience house sitting for both cats and dogs.

Safety, trust & environment
While I don't personally own any pets, I often watch the pets of my friends or acquaintances and my number one priority is always knowing where the animal is and how they are feeling at the moment. For me, this means frequent check-ins with the animal and looking for body language that indicates their wants or needs. I also priortize safety when walking dogs and make sure to use secure leashes and collars for everyone's safety and comfort.

Schedule
As a special educator, I'm currently available for the summer to spend time with your pet and treat them as if they were my own. I wake up early enough to go on morning walks and stay up late enough to get out all your pet's energy before bedtime.
