I have 2 dogs at home, a Labrador/Airedale (3) Labrador/English bulldog (1) who is Deaf. I have a strong passion for learning and caring for animals and can get lost in all the ins and outs of how to understand, train and care for my dogs according to their breed and specific needs. In my family I have become the dog lady and I also help train and care for family members dogs whatever that may come with and do what I can to help them with their care and training. I am learning so much from the experiences I am blessed with. For fun I am an artist and love to take my dogs walking, on bike rides, beach, hiking and just love being outdoors in nature and with my family. Besides learning from the dog trainer certification course that I just enrolled in.. I been doing my own research online for years and I go from there. I have great respect for animals and their needs and I treat them as family and not just pets so I consistently work on establishing trust and great relationships with my dogs and I still take time out every day to play and work with my 3yr old Lab and my deaf puppy on basic commands, leash manners, door manners, crate training, desensitization, working on social skills and learning how to prevent reactivity, etc. I am so excited to gain more knowledge, experience, and to just be able to fulfill my passion in work and make new furfriends. Unfortunately I have a family member who is allergic to cats so I have not personally cared for cats in a while but I grew up having more cats than dogs and I love cats and I am willing and would love to relearn.
