I am currently working as a wildlife/macro photographer but I also love caring for pets. I have walked and dog sat dogs for 9 years. I’ve taken care of dog breeds ranging from Maltipoos, Labradoodles, Poodles, German Shepherds and Pekingeses to name a few. I’ve cared for dogs who need or want specific treatments (special diets, hand feeding, extra grooming for fur that gets easily matted, high energy dogs, dogs who can’t sleep alone). I’d love the opportunity to care for your dog and your pup would be well cared for. :)

I make sure all pets are not only safe but mentally happy as well. If anything happens I immediately notify the owner so they know how their pet is doing.

Tasneem is a great person and a great dog sitter! She has dog sat for my beloved Charlie, a German Shepherd, many times. The first time she dog sat for me, she was given very short notice and did a great job, especially given that Charlie was a little pup at the time. She did a great job making sure he was walked and fed, but those are the basics. She went above and beyond by playing with him and giving him some extra puppy love, especially as he was missing his family. I came home to see that Charlie had learned a new trick! Tasneem has since dog sat Charlie and many of my friends' dogs, and all I hear is praise about her. The most important thing I see is that when I see these dogs interact with Tasneem, they really do love her.
Tasneem was one of the best pet sitter I've ever worked with. My dog Riley , mini labradoodle was 1 year then and very timid and scared of other dogs so we did not want to leave him in a boarding place. She was very loving with Riley, took really good care of him when we went for a long vacation. She spend a lot of time playing with him and taking for long walks. He loved spending time with her. Whenever he sees her in the neighbor, he rans to her and is very happy to see her. I would highly recommend Tasneem for pet sitting, she is a very compassionate towards animals and you can be assured that she will take best care of your pets.

Tasneem was an amazing dog sitter for my dog, Blue. One can tell she really, really loves animals the moment you meet her. She is super friendly and loves to take the time to play and be with Blue instead of just feeding and walking her. I have used her multiple times when I go on extended vacations and for daily check-ins during busy work weeks. Blue loves her and I know she is well taken care of any time I can’t be there. Tasneem is very sweet, reliable, and always extremely prompt when checking on my pup. You can trust her with full confidence. I will definitely be using her again and highly recommend her.

I am doing my masters at duke so I have classes during the week but I am still available at some times on week days.
