Safety, trust & environment
My duplex is clean and spacious, where your pooch(es) will have full-time care during their stay. I have doggie beds, area rugs for no-slip play, water bowls, etc. Toys and balls are sanitized weekly or after each stay. The backyard is fenced with two latched gates that are always closed. A meet and greet is a great way to see how your furball will interact with me, my house, and my backyard. The neighborhood is not quiet. Please be aware that there are frequent construction noises and sirens.

Information Tasha P. would like to know about your pet
**I cannot have any pitbull or pitbull mix breeds per my lease. No exceptions, sorry. While I disagree with that stipulation, I must abide by it, and my landlord is my duplex neighbor. **Please make sure your dogs' shots are up to date. Take the time to fill out their profiles and care instructions; this aids in everyone's security. **If you are working on any commands, please let me know. **I respect and am adaptable to special needs. Open communication is key to a great dog-parent and sitter relationship. Please be honest about any known quirks. We've all got our ways of adjusting to new environments, people, and other dogs. There is no judging here! I would rather prepare for them than be surprised by them. **Do they have any food or other allergies, are food-obsessed, or are they protective of meals or toys? **What's their walking style? Do they lunge at other dogs or people while on a leash? **Do they eat plants, sticks, or "forage"? **Please provide your crate/kennel if your dog sleeps or stays in one when home alone.
A typical day
My neighborhood is great for long walks and sniffing galore. I typically wear a waist leash for better security. However, I'm happy to use a handheld leash if you prefer. I'll send you loads of pictures. My fenced backyard is great for fetch-a-thons and general goofing off. I have infinite love and belly rubs in my supply. I am conscious of the temps in summer and winter and walk the doggos when it's best. Otherwise, we'll enjoy the central air/heat and goofing around indoors with plenty of snoozing space. Both my couch and bed are queen-sized and available for lounging and sleeping. I have pet stairs for my bed and couch for the shorter or less-abled doggies.

Pet care experience
There is a 100% chance I love your pets. They are our dearest friends and family members. I'm grateful to be in tune with animals and accommodate them in my abode. I am a work-from-home artist, available full-time to care for your canine kids. I am certified in canine CPR and first-aid if ever needed. I've been a pet caregiver for decades and joined Rover after moving to Denver 10 years ago. So why don't I presently have my own? Sometimes, I take on projects that demand my full attention and schedule. **Solo requests will have a $125-a-day fee. **Puppy request, two years and younger (with exceptions based on a meet and greet), is $75. **I cannot accept requests from aggressive dogs or those that don't walk on the leash peacefully with others. I want everyone to have as enjoyable and secure a time as possible.
Reviews

Tasha is amazing. Our pup was thrilled at drop-off and never looked back! Great photos and communication throughout her stay, and she returned to us healthy and happy. It’s so great to have a dog sitter who takes the stress out of leaving our baby.

Tasha is a gem! She was able to take our senior girl, Lyla, with just about one week's notice, which isn't ideal, so I am very thankful we were able to get a meet and greet done and that she was free, because she took amazing 5-star care of Lyla. Tasha is warm and caring and has a great home setup for sitting. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you, Tasha!

Tasha was amazing. She took such thoughtful care of our dog, George, and sent daily updates with truly incredible photos. Her home and yard are clearly designed with dogs in mind—safe, welcoming, and very dog-friendly. George absolutely adored her. We feel so lucky to have found Tasha and will definitely be booking with her again.

Tasha is always my go-to. I lover her!
