Hi! I recently moved to the DC area after graduating with my B.A. in Biology. I have four years of experience working in veterinary medicine, where I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats of different ages, temperaments, and medical needs. I’m currently taking a gap year while applying to veterinary school, so animal care continues to be a major part of both my professional life and future goals. I’m comfortable with everything from energetic pets who need plenty of exercise to older or more anxious animals who may require extra patience and attention. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, and I treat every animal as if they were my own. I’m reliable, attentive, and happy to provide updates while you’re away so you can feel confident that your pet is safe and well cared for.

In your home, I always like owners to let me know beforehand what is expected of me. This includes walking times, feeding times, potty times, medications, and, for overnight stays in your home, I like to know basic home amenities, such as how often to bring in the mail and when to take out the trash. I also would like to know how many times throughout the day you'd like to be contacted, whether that be an update on your pet or photos.

Tasha did a great job of house/pet sitting for us. She kept us informed with frequent texts and pictures so we were assured things were going well. Our dog Ivy obviously enjoyed being with her. Our house was in great shape when we returned. Tasha kindly agreed to stay later when our return flight was delayed. We highly recommend Tasha.

Hi! I recently graduated with my B.A. in Biology and am working part-time as a veterinary assistant in Diamond Bar, CA. My hours are 9 am-6 pm on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday. Other than that, I am very open to any opportunity.
