Experienced and Trustworthy Sitter
I’ve been a dog lover all my life and have years of hands on experience caring for pets with very different needs. While living in Cyprus, I rescued Katie and Rocky after they were abandoned and gave them a long and happy second chance at life. Later, I adopted Alfie, who had been abused and was terrified of people. With guidance from a dog behaviourist, I helped Alfie overcome his anxiety and challenging behaviours, and today he’s the most loving, confident dog who happily joins me on school runs and adores attention from kids. I also rescued Charlie, another Cyprus dog, and cared for him through his senior years when he went blind and deaf, making sure he always felt safe and loved until he passed in 2024. These experiences taught me patience, compassion, and how to handle everything from behavioural challenges to senior care. For the past 2 years, I’ve been a Rover sitter with over 28 happy clients and all 5 star reviews. I’ve cared for anxious dogs, untrained dogs, puppies, elderly dogs, and energetic dogs and I’m proud to have regular repeat customers. I’m experienced with senior care, administering medication, and creating a calm, loving environment for every pet. I treat every pet like family and every home with respect.

As I work from home, your pet will never be left alone for long periods. I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to keep them happy and relaxed. For house sitting in your home, I treat your space with respect and keep everything neat and clean while ensuring your pet feels loved and cared for. I can also administer medication if needed and give extra support for anxious or senior dogs.
Ratings and reviews
Taryn was absolutely wonderful looking after Willow for two weeks. Willow had injured her back before her stay and needed plenty of medication, careful monitoring, and very limited activity, and Taryn handled everything with exceptional care and attention. We couldn’t have asked for anyone more attentive or kind, and we felt completely reassured knowing Willow was in such capable hands. Taryn truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for the excellent care she gave our dog.
Taryn is so lovely, Jess and Olive warmed to her straight away and she took great care of them both as well as our home. She sent us regular updates so that we could enjoy our holiday and not worry. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
Taryn has respected our nervous dogs boundaries and worked at building a relationship with her. She has been very communicative and the photos have been lovely- good to see their blossoming relationship
Taryn has such a warm personality that Pip, our terrier, seemed to be completely at home with her. Taryn was conscientious and contacted us when Pip’s appetite was not good, but that often happens and she let us know the following day when things were back to normal. She is a great dog boarder

Taryn has been brilliant with our old girl Bean. We were away a night and Taryn stayed at our house. We got regular updates and came home to a very happy, tired dog. Schedule
Pet care fits easily into my routine because I work from home, giving me the flexibility to accommodate walks, drop in visits or pet sitting at your home. For 3 or more pets there is an additional charge of £15 per pet for overnight stays.
