Dog lover with loads of experience and would love to meet your furry family members and treat them like royalty while you're away! I have a lot of energy and love to provide. I've lived in a house of pets all my life, and am a huge animal lover, and have been pet sitting since I was a little kid. My schedule is really open and flexible because I work from home, so I have a ton of availability to come to your place or host your pet at mine. I live in a house with animal lovers with a fully enclosed outdoor space, in a great calm residential area close to Lincoln Park in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood. Why I love dog sitting I have always been a dog lover since watching Benji over and over again as a child. I grew up with many pets and dogs and started watching them for friends and neighborhoods as a kid. My experience administering medication It depends on the format, most pets can be very finicky about this, but if it were a case that it was mixed in food, I wouldn't mind.

Taryn has a great spot! Beautiful backyard and a comfortable home for pets. The dogs had a great time and were loved on the whole weekend. Taryn took the dogs on last minute, very appreciative of the time and energy spent to take good care of our pets.
Taryn was the perfect sitter that we needed for our Charlie. We needed someone that would give our dog the closest love & attention that we give too. Our regular sitter that we use from Rover wasn't available. Taryn had the perfect house & yard and provided us with updates & pics of Charlie while she was there. We felt assured & pleased knowing that Taryn loved & cared for Charlie as if it were her own dog. We also felt at ease knowing that we could contact Taryn anytime and that she had the flexibility to take care of Charlie. We knew that Charlie was safe and allowed to keep her routines that she would at home. We will definitely use Taryn in the future and recommend her to anyone. This has been a VERY positive experience (yet again) with Rover and we are so happy that we found Taryn.

Taryn was an amazing sitter for Henry! He stayed with her for 3 weeks and loved it. She communicated well, sent regular updates with photos, and made sure he was well taken care of. Her house has a huge fenced backyard with no other pets, which was perfect since Henry needs to be the only dog. She works from home, giving him plenty of attention, and her large-dog experience was a big comfort with our 60+ lb pup. She took him on walks and adventures, kept to our schedule, and followed all instructions. Taryn and her partner went above and beyond to make Henry feel right at home. Highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently working part time, so maximum time away would be less than a few hours. I’m home most days and evenings, and love to take pups on outings!
