Please let me know if your dog has any exercise limitations (joint issues, breathing issues) etc., that I would need to keep in mind. I have leash trained both of my dogs, one of them is extremely friendly, and the other one is very timid and does not appreciate dogs coming up to him. Please let me know if your dog has any behavioral quirks you would like to discuss!
A typical day
While you’re away at work, most dogs sleep and miss you the entire day. One of the biggest pros of working from home is ensuring my own dogs get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, and having peace of mind knowing they are let out to go to the bathroom a few times a day. Exercise and basic needs varies between each dog, please let me know what your dog craves the most!

Hi! I’m Taryn, a remote professional living in Venice Beach with my sweet 4.5 year old terrier mix. As a dog owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pet like family. Because I work from home, I have a flexible schedule and can provide plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Whether your pup needs an active walk, a cozy place to relax, or just someone to stick to their routine while you’re away, I’m happy to help. I have experience caring for dogs of different sizes, personalities, and energy levels, and I always prioritize safety, communication, and making sure your pet feels comfortable and loved. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can relax knowing your dog is in good hands. Living in Venice Beach means we’re surrounded by great walking routes, and I love getting outside with dog! My goal is to make your pet’s stay feel like a fun vacation while giving you peace of mind.

Taryn was professional and friendly, she was on time and my dogs loved her. She was very attentive and walked/ran them. Took care of my older dog (13yr old) and my big Alaskan Malamute (3yr old). She tailored her care for each dog and made sure they were well taken care of. I will be using her again.
Taryn has watched our three dogs in our home during vacations several times. She is easy to communicate with and respectful of our time and home, as well as punctual and reliable. She is always our first choice when we need someone to watch the pups.
