Just a couple of animal lovers
My husband Dexter and I have been a pet owners for many years so we understand the commitment and what it means to care for animals, how active they can be, the love they need and the love they give back and just how hard it can be (on both the pet(s) and the owners) to take a trip and have no place to leave them but in a kennel. That’s why we’re here. I began doing drop in visits when I was in my teen years, for several residents in the neighborhood In which I lived. My husband and I have both had several dogs and cats since then and now have chickens. Yes, we can care for your small farm animals as well! We will provide services at your home. This will be more comfortable for your loving pet(s) and yourself, knowing they are in your home rather than a kennel at a boarding facility. We will go for walks (on leash only) and we will shower you pet with loving care as if they were our own. We do ask that if it is during the hunting season, a blaze orange vest be provided for them to wear during walks and outdoors. This will help us keep your pet(s) safe. New to Rover? It is our goal to care for your pet(s) the way you care for them. We do have forms we will have you fill out to help us know what your pet’s needs are, what your home needs are and a veterinarian release that allows us to obtain care for your pet(s), after you have been notified, should anything happen while you are away. We encourage you to write as much detail as possible (there is no thing as too much) so we can be certain we care for your pet(s) the way you wish.

Tarsha and Dexter are the absolute best. We have a big, silly dog in a little house and they’ve really taken the time to get to know both. The pictures of snuggles and walks are always comforting too, but we have no worries with them anyway. Thanks guys!

Schedule
My husband and I both also work during the day. I work full-time for the VA (thank you to all who are or have served!). My husband, Dexter, is in retail but we would love to spend evenings and weekends with your loving pets.
