Hi! I’m Tara, I have been looking after animals for pleasure ever since I was little, I grew up around large dogs and farms. I started pet sitting professionally around 3 years ago and have looked after different animals, with different needs and/or behavioural issues. I have 2 family cats (they're not the first, nor the last), animals are a big part of my life. No matter your pets needs, they will be in safe hands. I live in shared accommodation so although I can’t care for your pets at my home, I’m more than happy to work anywhere where I have access to a comfortable and caring environment, to ensure your animal feels safe and at ease.

Tarja took the time out to meet our 65kg Mastiff Cross, Bailey, in advance of looking after him. She is very professional and was hugely understanding about our hesitancy to have a new person take the keys to our home and look after our boy in our absence. She asked all the right questions regarding his health and wellbeing and they got on really well on their first meeting. Tarja kept us updated throughout the day when she was looking after Bailey with pictures and his general demeanour. She got on famously with him and we will be making further bookings!
I felt so comfortable leaving my fur babies with Tarja and will be very happy to leave them with her again, anytime I need some help!

Tarja is amazing! She’s so kind and patient and caring with our nervous dog, Faith. Lots of updates and photos to let us know how our dog is getting on. It’s always a relief to know she is such safe hands. Thanks Tarja!
Tarja came to look after my Dog and cat for the night. She was on Time, professional and obviously cares and knows a lot about pets. My dog is very nervous and we have not had a pet sitter before but I felt really comfortable leaving them with Tarja. We will definatley be having her back.
We felt very confident leaving our one-year-old lurcher in Tarja’s capable hands for the evening. She was punctual, engaged well with our dog and seemed very calm and unphased by his energy and bounce! We returned several hours later to a quiet house and a very relaxed dog. Thank you, Tarja!

Schedule
I care for my cats when my parents are away. I never leave the house without cat and dog treats in case I encounter a few friendlies. I also look after other animals whenever the chance arises.
Prices include all fees.
