Absolutely do not recommend if you actually want your pets fed and fed on time. I am a new pet parent and this was my first time leaving my cat in the care of someone else so I could travel across the country and see family for the second time this year. Before Thanksgiving, Tariq asked to adjust the times of his feeding my cat and I obliged since I understand what it’s like to try and have time with family. The day of Thanksgiving, I woke up to a screenshot of my agreeing over text to modify the appointment as a “reminder,” which felt passive aggressive, but I decided to ignore it and wish him a happy time with his family. Fast forward to 10:30 PM at night and my cat was still never fed on Thanksgiving despite us agreeing to 10 PM feeding time and Tariq “reminding me” that same morning. I texted him and got no response. After waiting 20 minutes (now 50 minutes past the agreed feeding time), my neighbor graciously fed my cat and I texted Tariq to let him know not to come. To this, he responded almost instantly. I then cancelled the remaining appointments and was able to find last minute, actually reliable, replacements to care for my cat until I returned 1.5 days later. This was so stressful and made me feel like an awful pet parent despite the fact that it was Tariq who acted this way. I trusted him to take care of my pet and come in home to spend time with him and he completely disregarded that. This felt like nothing but a cash grab. Also, for each of the pet appointments Tariq did manage to complete, he was late by over 40 minutes. The only reason I didn’t board was because I wanted my cat to have some consistency after being abandoned two months before and Tariq disrespected that. Very terrible experience.

Tariq took very well care of my kitten during my long trip this summer. The communication was great. I totally recommend.
