Does your dog need a vacation from their everyday life while you’re on vacation? I’m Tarah. I have a 10 year old boxer mix Mack and 4 year old Tabby cat Juniper. We live an active lifestyle while having a full time job. Your dog will enjoy all the finer things in dog life such as Running, skiing, hiking in the mountains, swimming and paddle boarding . Your pup will get to enjoy the great outdoors and after spoiled with lots of treats and fluffy blanket snuggles.

Tarah was very kind and thoughtful with our older dog. She communicated frequently and promptly when I had a question. We felt very comfortable leaving our sweet Brienne with her. I would highly recommend Tarah if you need a dog sitter in the Durango area.
Tarah was wonderful with our Chico. She is our go to doggie care lady in Durango.
Tarah is a 5 star sitter! She accepted this last minute sit when I got sent on a wildland fire assignment. She was able to accommodate all of the changing plans and communicated very well. She sent photos of Fozzy enjoying his stay. She even has a pet friendly raised garden bed so the dogs can lay in the sun. I would definitely recommend Tarah to others!!

Schedule
I work 8 hour shifts at the hospital. I come home during lunch to let her out. She gets a hike or run before and after work.

I live in a cottage have a fenced in yard. Pets have access to the yard all day. There’s plenty of dog and cat toys to play with!

A typical day
Whatever activity is your pups favorite . Mack and I are always outside playing. Whether it’s hiking, running, biking or skiing. June the cat enjoys laser pointer play time and playing with her dog. We like lounging on the patio in the sun.
