At the moment I am exclusively doing Rover for work so don’t have any other work commitments (or studies) that would interfere with the pet care that I provide. I’m also often available at short notice! I promise that your animal will be very loved in my company and you will receive lots of photos and updates during the booking, as I know this is so reassuring!

I’m happy to learn all about your animal/animals and their specific personalities and needs to care for them as much as I can and make sure they’re comfortable around me. Before you book any service with me, I will always offer a meet and greet. So that you can introduce me to your pet/pets to make sure they are comfortable around me, and tell me everything I need to know about them! It also allows you to make sure that you feel I am the right person to take care of your pet/pets and their individual needs. Please note that my nightly rate for dogs is based on an evening of care plus the night (e.g. 7pm - 9am) - it does not include a full day of care. If this is required in addition to me staying the night, there will be an additional charge.

Please let me know about their routine, feeding schedule and what they love to do e.g. play lots, long walks, be stroked, have their own space. I would love to know all about your animals personality in advance, as well as what they dislike and like e.g. if they don’t like loud noises.
A typical day
I always base each booking on your pet’s specific needs, personality and routine. Before giving your animal affection (if they like affection) I will make sure that they feel comfortable with me and feel safe. While also reassuring you of this through pictures and updates during the booking. I will always ask if I’m unsure of anything, and feel free to call me through Rover at any point during the booking to ask how your animal/animals are doing!

Pet care experience
I am very experienced and passionate about animal care - so have taken this on full time! We have 2 cats at my family home, and 2 cats and a dog at my dads. So I have grown up dog walking and take care of both cats and dogs! As well as this experience, I also have lots of experience taking care of pets through Rover. This includes a 10 week old puppy, dogs with separation anxiety and reactivity, elderly and shy cats, and very large dogs! I genuinely love spending time with animals and bonding with them, while always making sure they are comfortable and feel safe. Being both a dog lover and a cat lover, I really do just have so much love to give to all animals! This absolutely includes shy/aggressive animals who may need more time, patience or space. I am insured and DBS checked for peace of mind!

Tara was so lovely with our dogs and perfectly on time which was super important for us as it was our wedding day - thank you so much for taking care of our dogs on our big day!!!
Tara was amazing with my two gorgeous Dachshunds Richie & Millie, she developed a really lovely bond with them and they loved her. Tara would send me pictures every day with little updates of how they were getting on. My mum also loved Tara and really looked forward to seeing her. I will definitely have Tara looking after my dogs moving forward, she is fabulous.
Tara was lovely with Lilo! She took great care of Lilo in her time with her and gave Lilo lots of love
Monty and Valerie were almost disappointed when we came back home and I think they preferred having Tara stay with them 💙🩷🐾 Tara was superb with them and photos and pupdates were appreciated greatly! Honestly Tara, thank you for caring for my fur babies as much as I do! Monty will have a shock tonight when he has to sleep on top of covers tonight instead of underneath with you 😝 And Valerie the big ball of clumsiness will be happy to see you soon and good around with you!
