I’ve watched dogs and cats professionally for over ten years. I started dog sitting when I was just a little girl and have been doing it ever since! I volunteer at BARCS and SPCA so I have great knowledge on how to take care of pets, what to do in emergency situations, working with pets who may have anxiety or other special needs.

I definitely recommend hiring Tara. I recently had a last minute trip and was unable to find someone to watch my fur babies. Tara was available almost immediately. She effectively communicated with us and made me feel comfortable leaving our beloved animals at her home. In the future, I will definitely be taking advantage of Tara’s services. My schedule pretty much remains the same every week. I recently left my job (I’m actively looking for new work however) so I am completely free.

My house has a fenced in play area and there are plenty of parks nearby! I have cats who love both other cats and dogs. My home is spacious and cozy, filled with lots of treats and toys for all sorts of animals including cats, dogs, and other little friends. I am more than happy to provide a tour prior to booking.
Pets
A typical day
I am both an active person and someone who likes to curl up on the couch with a good movie. If your friend is a hiker, there are several local parks near me (I also live right by the water so swimming is an option!). I’m also fine by chilling at home, giving cuddles, and having a lazy day with your baby. It’s all up to their interests and temperament!
