I have had dogs my entire life. I grew up always having dogs in my household and had three amazing toy poodles (3-7 lbs each) that each gave my family and I 17+ wonderful years. I have never not had a dog up until recently, my sweet angel Ophelia who was the only pup in her mom (my other angel)'s litter, and I cared for her from the day she was born up until the day she peacefully left me in my arms this last fall. I absolutely love animals. Pets are truly our best friends, our children, our other half's, and I treat them as such. I have cared for large and small dogs from puppy stage all the way through geriatric. Potty training, playing, walking, teaching tricks and helping them in their older years with hand feeding, cooking meals, physically helping them stand and walk (dogs with arthritis/back leg failure, as well as blindness), I have nursed my own dog through cancer, and have dealt with almost every ailment/emergency there is. Experienced in administering medication and medication management via pill and liquid form, as well as ear and eye drops. I also cat sit for two rag doll's with special diets, one of which most recently had a leg injury that required extra special care. I have a large enclosed backyard perfect for playing and love going on long walks! I live in a very safe neighborhood for plenty of walking and many grassy parks nearby. I am very flexible and able to do day time walks, day time sitting, as well as overnight boarding (either in my home or yours). I have a fully enclosed backyard with grass perfect for running around and playing, I also have a pet stroller that can be used for small seniors, I have a medium/large playpen that can be set up, as well as doggy stairs, small and larger dog beds, and lots of toys and leashes! I will care for your pet, whether in my home or yours, as my own! I work part time remotely from home and I am able to dedicate a lot of time playing with and loving your pet! I have a large fully enclosed grass yard and lots of toys for playing as well as a safe neighborhood for many walks. Your pet will get lot's of cuddles and snuggles! I want you to be able to go to work or on vacation or out of town for a business trip and not have to worry about your baby and whether or not they’re being loved and cared for while you’re away. I have a fully enclosed grass yard for dogs that like to run around outside, I have a large playpen for puppies or senior dogs that have special needs. I'm comfortable and have experience administering most medication. I also have a pet stroller for small elderly dogs/dogs with special needs. Dog's that I accommodate in my home will be able to run around, nap on comfy dog beds, sleep on the bed if that's what they like, I have doggy stairs to assist getting on and off the couch and bed, lots of toys and water/food bowls. If I come to your home I will care for them as closely as you do maintaining minimal disruption to their every day routine. I strive to care for your pets in a way that alleviates stress for you and your precious baby and keep them as comfortable and happy as possible!
