*I am currently only watching furry friends that I’ve watched before due to scheduling constraints.* I have had pets my entire life, and get so much joy from making new furry friends! My husband, Kellen, and I have a sweet and gentle (34lb) cattle dog mix named Suzie, who joins us for all of our adventures - skiing, biking, running, hiking, road trips, or cuddling up during work. I promise that I will love and care for your pet just as I do for my sweet Suzie. I’m a loving, kind, compassionate, patient, and understanding individual. I love spending time in nature taking dogs on mountain walks, hikes, runs, and playing around. I am very patient and have lots of love to give to help your pet feel at home while you can’t be with them. There are several dogs that I have been watching for years from friends and clients, and I look forward to getting to meet your dog!

Tara is amazing! I had an international trip and needed to board my sweet dog, Pip. I contacted Tara and she responded almost immediately. She was open an accommodation to set up a meet & greet (which went really well) and we booked a day care date from there. It went beautifully. I felt comfortable and confident leaving Pip with Tara while I was out of the country and Tara couldn't have been more responsive in sending photos and updates while I was away. I will certainly be booking with Tara and her sweet pup, Suzie again!
Tara was amazing and took really great care of our dog kiko. She is an absolute animal lover and sent us updates daily about how kiko was doing. She is our go to for when we are out of town!
Tara has watched my dog on numerous occasions, (daytime pet sitting and overnight). She has always cared for him like her own! She is very good about keeping me updated through pictures and updates as needed. I would recommend her to anyone!
My wife and I have had the privilege of knowing Tara most of her life. She is one of the most conscientious and compassionate people we know and one of the very few people on this planet we trust to have unlimited access to our home. She is passionate about any endeavor she undertakes and dedicated to satisfying the stated needs of anyone she is providing for. She is probably the one person who would treat our dog better than we do ourselves!
Tara is a very kind and responsible pet caregiver. I have two 18 pound dogs that Tara has watched for me and she's dependable and loving. Both are adored rescues, one dog is older and sweet and one is younger and full of energy and anxiety. Tara has done a great job adjusting to both of their needs. I would highly recommend you use her to care for the pets in your family.

Schedule
Taking care of pets fits seamlessly into my routine. I work from home 3-4 days during the week, and my office is only a few miles from my house, so even on days that I need to head into the office I can pop home for regular dog walks, cuddles, and treats. Every weekend is filled with pet-friendly adventures too!

I do not have a fenced-in yard, but have a yard and am very close to an extensive trail system, and several great parks. My dog Suzie and I love our local dog parks, and we can be sure to go with your dog if that is something that they enjoy too (and if they aren't a fan of dog parks, that's cool too!). I'll take your dog on lots of walks and play with them bunches, and make sure they feel right at home, safe, and loved.

A typical day
Your pet and I will take walks in the neighborhood, or at local parks, around reservoirs, and in the mountains if they are able! I'll play catch as long as they want and help them work on any fun tricks they’re trying to perfect!
