Nearly retired but when I do work, it's always from home. I am only looking to care for one dog at a time along with our own cocker spaniel.

A typical day
Bespoke service on offer. We take our spaniel on a long walk every morning and if your dog likes a long walk, we would take them with us. Shorter walks possible if your dog prefers.

My first dog was a Beagle for 12 years and we've since had a cocker spaniel for the last 6 years, Bertie, who is a sweet dog. Happy to meet up with you and your dog beforehand to check we are a good fit. We are very close to Tatton Park and aim to walk your dog around Tatton every day if they are fit enough for a long walk. Our garden is very large and secure , which is perfect for older dogs that prefer just a shorter walk and enough the freedom of sniffing around a garden. We love giving your dog a cuddle on our sofa in the evening.

Tara looked after Otis brilliantly whilst I was away on holiday for a week. As this was his first stay with her, I was naturally a little anxious, but she put me completely at ease. Otis enjoyed some wonderful long walks and clearly had lots of love, attention, and care. Tara regularly sent photos and updates, and seeing how content and relaxed he looked gave me real peace of mind whilst I was away. It’s obvious that Tara genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. Thank you Tara for taking such good care of Missy. Missy is an elderly, deaf beagle who is medicated for congenital heart disease. Since loosing her hearing she has become quite anxious, but none of this was too much trouble for Tara. Thanks to Tara, my husband and I had a relaxing holiday knowing Missy was being well taken care of.
Suki was very well looked after, and will be booking again.
