I work from home. Dogs welcome.
I'm a dog lover. I am back in New England after 10 years away and have reactivated my Rover account. At 14 years old, my sweet Boston Terrier died in 2023. While I no longer have my own dog, I work from home and am happy for the opportunity to care for yours. :-) Because I work from home, your dog is sure to receive extra love and attention. Your dog is a family member - I get it - and while you're away, you can be assured he/she is receiving care, companionship, and a comfortable safe place to play and lounge. Separation anxiety is real for dog owners too! ;-) To ease your mind, I'm happy to send pictures so you can see updates on your pup, happy and cared for. I want you to have peace of mind.

Tara was wonderful — we recommend her and would leave our dog in her care again. She communicated well and our dog was calm and happy when we picked her up after a two night stay.

Tara provided a great experience for Penny when she boarded. She was very attentive, kept her current on her medications and sent along pictures to keep her mom satisfied she was in good hands!
Tara was great. First time visit and overnight for our older dog (14). Our dog was obviously very comfortable with her, and we will use her again. Excellent at communicating and sending pictures.

Schedule
My schedule is rather flexible. Your pet will have company and care as needed throughout the day. It's my pleasure to have their company as well.

I live in a lovely waterside neighborhood -- a great place for long walks. Space for a crate and dog bed for your pup to feel at home.
A typical day
We'll explore the smells in the neighborhood, go for long (or short) walks based on your dogs age and fitness level. We might lounge on the back patio, take in the sun, and enjoy the view.
