I currently work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1:30pm-8:30pm, Tuesday and Saturday from 7:30am–2pm, which leaves my mornings and select evenings free for walks, drop-ins, and flexible pet care. I use my free time to spend quality moments with pets, whether it’s a calm morning walk, a midday check-in, or an evening cuddle session. It’s a fulfilling part of my day that I genuinely look forward to in between clients.

A typical day
When watching pets, I like to keep them happy and engaged with fun and comforting activities. This includes playing games like fetch or tug-of-war, going for walks or spending time outside, and using interactive toys or puzzles to stimulate their minds. I also enjoy giving them plenty of cuddle time or just relaxing together. For cats, I might use laser pointers or feather toys, and I love taking cute photos to share with their owners. Every pet is different, so I tailor activities to match their personality and energy level.

Tara was exactly what we needed in every way! She filled in when we were cancelled on with short notice before a very important trip, she communicated and showed up promptly to the messages, meet and greet, and every visit. It was so lovely to see my usually shy to strangers rescue boy fall in love with her so quickly. Tara sent detailed and heartfelt messages along with her photos of what our dogs were up to and how they were doing each time and we genuinely looked forward to them. It had us at ease while away and that was such a blessing. I highly recommend her and would love to book her again 😊
Tara was so kind to it accommodate my request for a dog walker with only 24 hours notice. My senior dog isn’t used to being home for nine hours at a time without a walk or potty relief. She was very patient with him and his trepidation to go on a walk with someone new. I would most definitely utilize her services again.
Tara was Great!!! She watched our Newfoundland and our daughter's deaf and blind aussiedoodle. She kept us updated and of course with lots of pictures. When we got home we could tell they were well taken care of.
Tara was amazing! One of our babes has epilepsy and had a couple seizures while we were gone 😞 Tara cleaned everything up and made sure to communicate everything with us! She was so caring and personable!
