Hi! I’m Tara! My husband, Robert, and I have been animal lovers for our whole lives. Robert and his family have taken care of 40+ foster dogs, with a variety of ages and health conditions. In fact our own dog Sage was living as a foster dog with Robert’s mom when we adopted her in September 2021. I also always had a love of dogs and often would watch dogs of friends and family. Our dog is four years old and so we maintain an active lifestyle with her. We would treat your dog like our own!

Tara and Robert always take great care of Scooby! They were especially kind this time to care for him while he was not feeling well, and kept us updated on how he was doing. They were also very flexible with our shifting schedule. We really appreciate their kindness!
Doggie day care for Gumbo and Sage was perfect for our needs .Tara and Rob were very accommodating and Sage was so kind and welcoming ,like an old friend to our Gumbo .So thankful to all for a really nice stay !
Our dog had another wonderful stay with Tara and Rob. With daily updates and photos showing how Gumbo was being " distracted" by playing with Sage and other friends and family, our worries of leaving him behind were minimized considerably. They are both so welcoming and kind to our Gumbo and we are very grateful!!

Schedule
During the week, Robert and I stagger our work schedules so that dogs are not left alone for more than 5-6 hours and usually once a week Robert is able to work at home.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in yard so the dogs can run and play as much as they would like. We allow dogs on all beds and furniture and we are happy to your dog sleep in our bed if they prefer! I take a lot to walks so I’m happy to adjust to whatever activity level works for your pet

A typical day
I love to go on a long walks through our lovely neighborhood with our dog! I also love to play with our dog in the backyard. We have a fun ball launcher that our dog love to play fetch with! I’d be happy to do any game or activity that your dog loves.
