Information Tara R. would like to know about your pet
I'm most comfortable with smaller breeds (less than 50 lbs) and puppies. I would like to know if the dog has to take medication, has physical limitations, or behavioral triggers.
A typical day
I look forward long walks with a bit of jogging with dogs that are up for it. We can play catch & tug-of-war in your backyard & tug-of-war. There will also be lots of petting, hugging, and belly rubbing.

Pet care experience
I love all animals, but dogs have a special place in my heart. I was lucky to have had a Chihuahua that changed my life, but he passed away a few years ago so I need to fill my K-9 companionship by taking care of others' pets. I will always be punctual, affectionate, and doting on your fur baby. I can also feed & love on other pets you may have in the house (just not spiders). Just let me know what you need and I will happily oblige. My mission in life is to help others, so I'm always on the lookout for opportunities to do just that.

Tara was wonderful with Peaches. She spent extra time with her and Peaches was relaxed, well cared for and happy when I returned. Communication was good and the pictures were great. The house was in good condition and the areas around the cat dishes and litterbox had obviously been kept clean.
I have known Tara for several years and she has always had a strong connection with both cats and dogs. She loves and cares deeply for animals, and I would feel comfortable with her caring for my pets and being in my home. Tara is a very kind, considerate, and responsible person. I feel she would make a great caregiver and helper to pets; she is someone you can rely on.
