Carlsbad is Perfect Puppy Paradise
We live in a three-bedroom home with a a medium size yard. Our garage is converted to an extra play room. We have a cul-de-sac perfect for running a dog around in a secure location. We are approximately one mile from the beach and close to several "doggie" beaches. We are an active family of six (four children). We are all dog lovers and our dog, Lily, goes just about everywhere with us. We also take her to our kids' baseball games and she sleeps in the older boys' room. We take Lily on one of the dozens of trails throughout Carlsbad including the Batiquitos Lagoon nearby. Our location is a perfect pet paradise for anyone vacationing here. We are a great alternative to a hotel. We have lots of love and fun to give and your pet will be well cared for. We are special because we are very active, fun-loving, adventurous, and enjoy the companionship of dogs. My children will give lots of activity and attention. They drive us crazy wanting more dogs. This opportunity will provide a loving, responsible home for your pet, satisfy their need for more dogs while allowing Lily a doggie friend too. About this sitter: If you aren't comfortable having your dog stay elsewhere, allow me to check on your dog twice a day including walks while you are out of town! I can pick up your mail, water your house plants, turn the lights on and off, all the while caring for your pooch! You get the best of both worlds. I'll send pictures too! Meet my pets Lily is a German Shepherd, Corgi Mix (6 years)

We love leaving our babies with “aunty Tara”, and they love it too! They run inside before I’ve even said goodbye, which is hilarious considering how clingy they are. We trust they are safe and well cared for with Tara and her family. She is our go-to sitter ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My two poms have stayed with Tara and her family for years. I love dropping them off with her because they are so happy to see her - they run inside without even saying goodbye!! I always know my pups have the best time and that she takes great care of them.
Tara and her family were amazing! She treated our pups like they were part of her family. We will definitely use her again on our next vacation.

Schedule
I work full time from home so having pups around works well. We go on lots of walks, hang together and the older kids help.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a safe fenced yard and pups have open access to the yard during the day and a secure area in the kitchen/living room to come and go. Puppies and small dogs are monitored.

A typical day
We live in Carlsbad so there are plenty of trails and beautiful, dog-friendly spots in our neighborhood. Sometimes, we walk down to the beach area and walk nearby or play in our cul-de-sac!
