I'd want to know any illnesses or medications the dog or cat is on, his temperament and how he gets along with other animals and people. It's good to know what he's afraid of and what he loves! Feeding schedules, treats, off-limits things. And anything the owner feels I should know. We want this to be a fun experience for both of us and one that could turn into a life-long relationship. Dogs and cats are like friends, each one is an individual. And I want them to love me as much as I love them.
A typical day
We would visit some of the local dog parks, take walks around the neighborhood, or just hang out together at home. I only work part time with my dad so I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate just about anything. I have lots of free time to lavish your pets with attention!

Pet care experience
I love my own pets like members of the family and would show the same love for yours. I've been through extensive training with my last three dogs, receiving the Canine Good Citizenship-A award for my last beloved boxer. I have 2 dogs at home as well as 6 cats! I have plenty of love to go around! I even let my dog sleep in my bed. My last boxer had Cushing's disease and was completely deaf, and many of my cats over the years have had various illnesses, so I have some pretty extensive experience dealing with animals that have sickness or disabilities. They just need a little extra tender loving care.
