Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with Tara. She is very friendly and personable but it seems she did not read any of the instructions left in the app or that we had discussed during the meet and greet. We have cameras set up in the hallway and kitchen which we told Tara about, as for the first day away we used a timer to feed our cat and the cameras allow us to check up on her. We were therefore able to see that our cat was not fed all of her food each day. She has both wet and dry food but the dry food was never given. Her wet food was served in her soup bowl instead of on the licky mats, which meant she threw it all over the floor. Tara did start using the licky mats when I pointed this out but she left us the mess to clean up. The litter tray had also not been emptied properly; we came back to find a pile of cat wees despite making it clear how to dispose of these. Each visit was meant to be 30 minutes long, yet most were well below this and Tara did not seem to spend much time playing with our cat or stroking her. We had asked for photos and only received a couple one day out of the three. Tara also wore her shoes in the house most visits despite us asking her not to. Overall I was very disappointed and we came home to a messy house and a hungry cat.

Tara was fantastic! I knew that my cat was in safe hands. We felt Tara really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while we had been away from our fur baby. Thanks again Tara! 😊

Tara looked after our two cats during our Summer holiday away. She sent photos and kept us well informed so we didn’t worry. They were both looking well and happy on our return, much preferring to be cared for in their own home to a cattery. Thank you Tara.

Tara is a lovely person and took the time to coax my two very shy cats out from under the bed! And she is flexible and accommodating. She was good with my cats and I think that's why they took to her so quickly
