I’ve always had dogs in my life—for as long as I can remember, there was always a wagging tail waiting at the door. Growing up, they weren’t just pets—they were my best friends, my comfort on hard days, and the quiet, loyal presence I didn’t know I needed. When I felt sad, they seemed to know before anyone else, curling up beside me with eyes full of understanding. They depended on me for food, walks, and love—but the truth is, I depended on them just as much. In their loyalty, I found strength. In their joy, I found peace. Dogs have been a constant in my life, and I can’t imagine a world without them.

Tara and Adele were awesome! They welcomed Koda last minute and made sure she had the best weekend—kept her busy, happy, and totally drained. We loved all the photo and video updates too. Such a sweet family that made her feel right at home. Next time we need a sitter in their area, they’ll definitely be our first choice!

Tara was absolutely amazing with my dog, Pounds! From the start she was warm, reliable, and made me feel completely at ease leaving him in her care. She gave me regular updates and photos, which showed just how happy and comfortable he was. It’s clear she genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own. Pounds came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter – highly recommend Tara to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and loving for their pup!

Schedule
Our dogs are woven into the fabric of our daily lives. They join us for quiet mornings with coffee, lazy Sunday afternoons, and evening walks that help us unwind. On weekends and during the summer months when I’m off from school, I get to spend even more time with them—watching their quirky personalities shine and enjoying the calm they bring into our home. Whether I’ve had an emotionally heavy day at work or my husband’s meetings have left him drained, they’re always there—tail wagging, eyes full of love, asking for nothing more than our presence. It’s in those small, ordinary moments that I’m reminded just how extraordinary dogs really are.
