I like taking dogs for walks and not just letting out to do their business. I also think of them as members of the family.

Information Tara M. would like to know about your pet

If it gets along with other dogs, and animals. (I have free range chickens) how does it do with walking on a leash? And what type of leash is used? How does it do with strangers in general? Is it okay for people to pet him/her? Does anything set it off? My dog was terrified of storms. Is there anything that comforts him/her in that case?

A typical day

I love to go hiking with dogs. My favorite places are the Princeton Institute Woods, the Watershed Institute and the D&R Canal state park. I used to take my dog to the Watershed and Institute woods because she loved swimming and playing in the StonyBrook river.

Tara was awesome! We got to go on vacation really being at ease that our fur babies were taken care of. I highly recommend her for your fur babies needs. She followed all our instructions with feeding, and she had a natural connection with our animals. It’s always a plus when you have reliable people taking care of your fur babies. Thank you for how you have helped us. ?

The first time I met Tara was at the preserve where she worked as an environmental instructor - God, it was almost 20 years ago. I didn’t really know her till we became co-workers since 2014. During these 8 years, I know Tara better: Tara is a person who I wish to be her-energetic, full of love, super busy but always have time for her family, friends, pets or animals. You can trust her, you can rely on her. Whoever becomes her friend is the luckiest person in the world; whichever becomes her pets (or temporary pets) would receive the most care and love ever. She is always the first person in my mind if my dog needs to be taken care of - no second thought at all!
